The Investor Cash Flow (DSCR) program allows real estate investors to qualify based on property income rather than personal income, making it easier to scale rental portfolios.

Eligibility

  • Qualification Method: DSCR >= 1.00

    • DSCR less than 1.00 considered on exception basis

  • Property Types: SFR, 2-4 units, PUD, Condo, Non-warrantable Condo, Condotel

  • Occupancy: Non-Owner Occupied
