Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to join our growing wholesale lending team. This role is ideal for a motivated mortgage professional with a strong background in Non-QM lending who excels in relationship management, strategic account growth, and deal structuring.

The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of approved brokers, training and supporting partners, and driving loan volume through effective relationship management and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with mortgage brokers, credit unions, and other partners.

  • Proactively identify, contact, and onboard new brokers.

  • Present Adelaide’s product offerings, guidelines, and pricing to broker partners.

  • Provide scenario support, pricing guidance, and structure deals that align with investor guidelines.

  • Train brokers on Adelaide’s submission process, compliance requirements, and technology tools.

  • Monitor loan pipelines, ensure deadlines are met, and collaborate with internal teams to drive loans to closing.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, and other alternative documentation loan products.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for brokers during the loan process and manage communication with underwriters and processors.

  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position Adelaide as the preferred Non-QM lender.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of wholesale mortgage sales experience, preferably in Non-QM lending.

  • Deep knowledge of loan products including DSCR, bank statement, asset depletion, ITIN, and investor cash flow loans.

  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate production of $2M+ monthly.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-starter mentality with a results-driven and client-focused approach.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with LOS platforms such as Encompass or similar systems.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

  • Active broker connections and licensing (where required) strongly preferred.
