Required submission documents for conditional approval

·         Purchase agreement & addendums*

·         Asset statements

·         AMS fee sheet (with AMC fee)

·         Executed borrower / broker compensation agreement (if borrower paid)

Submission documents for full loan approval (all docs for conditional approval plus below)

·         Appraisal* (if ordered for another lender, acceptance by AMS subject to AMS LLC Appraisal Transfer Policy)

·         Credit explanation letters*

·         Divorce decree or separation agreement*

·         Leases*

·         Payoff Statements*

·         Verification of PITIA & other REO*

·         Large deposit verification*

·         Retirement & investment statements*

·         Earnest money verification*
